LISA'S PALEO MUSLIE

​Ingredients:

  • 60 g of Shredded Coconut

  • 20 g of Chia Seeds

  • 20 g of Sesame Seeds

  • 70 g of Sunflower Seeds

  • 70 g of Pumpkin Seeds

  • 70 g of Hemp Hearts

  • 250 g of slithered Almonds

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

  • 40 g Melted Coconut Oil

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Mix all ingredients, except Hemp Hearts

  3. Cover a tray with grease proof paper and spread the nut mix evenly

  4. Toast nut mix for 10-15 minutes in oven

  5. When toasted leave to cool before adding in hemp hearts

  6. Serve with coconut yogurt and your choice of fruit
